The staff were quite friendly and made the blood test process very easy. I appreciate the quick collection. The report quality was good, with clear values, but I felt a bit rushed during the consultation. Turnaround time was as promised. Overall, a positive experience, but minor improvements could make it perfect.

Decent service provided by the diagnostic centre. The staff behaviour was generally good, and the accuracy of my reports seems reliable. My only concern was the waiting time before the collection, which could definitely be improved for a better ease of process. Turnaround time for reports was acceptable.

The diagnostic process was quite smooth and efficient. The staff were professional, and the reports were clear and easy to understand, reflecting good quality. Turnaround time was on point. My only slight reservation is that the pricing felt a little on the higher side compared to other labs, though the accuracy seems reliable.
