Had a mixed experience. The staff behaviour was okay, not overly friendly but polite enough. The ease of process for blood collection was fine. However, my reports came later than the promised turnaround time, which was a bit inconvenient. Accuracy seems fine from what my doctor said, but the delay was a letdown.

The initial booking process was a bit confusing, which affected the ease of process. Staff tried their best to assist, but better clarity is needed. While the accuracy appears correct, the report quality wasn't as thorough as I'd hoped, lacking detailed explanations. Turnaround time was average.

Not very happy with my experience. There was a long waiting time, and the phlebotomist was a bit rough during the blood collection, not very gentle. The turnaround time for my results was significantly delayed beyond what was communicated. Still waiting for my doctor to confirm the accuracy of these reports. Improvements are needed in staff behaviour and efficiency.
