Absolutely fantastic service! The staff were incredibly polite and professional. My blood test process was super smooth, almost painless, and the reports arrived exactly within 24 hours as promised. The accuracy seems spot on, my doctor confirmed the values. Highly recommended for their efficiency and excellent staff behaviour.

Had a very pleasant experience here. The phlebotomist was gentle and made me feel comfortable. The entire process, from booking to getting the reports, was incredibly easy. My reports were also very clear and delivered promptly via email. Will definitely choose them again for future diagnostic needs.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff behaviour was exemplary, they guided me through everything patiently. Turnaround time for my reports was surprisingly quick, and the quality of the report itself was very detailed and easy to understand. I am quite satisfied with their accuracy and professionalism.
