The reports were accurate, and the phlebotomist did a decent job. However, the turnaround time was longer than initially quoted, which was a bit frustrating. Also, staff seemed a little rushed, reducing the overall ease of the process.

Mixed feelings about my visit. While the report quality was good and seemed accurate, the staff at the reception seemed quite stressed, leading to a less-than-friendly interaction. The waiting area was also a bit crowded. Room for improvement.

I found the turnaround time quite slow, taking almost 48 hours for basic blood tests. While the reports appeared accurate eventually, the staff behaviour felt impersonal, and the ease of the process was hampered by lack of clear instructions during registration.
